Timelines for installation or delivery of services are estimates and may vary due to material availability, client delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability

While I strive to provide high-quality aquascapes, I am not responsible for unforeseen changes in plant growth, water chemistry, or other natural variables after installation. Clients assume responsibility for ongoing care.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies and potential refunds will be agreed upon prior to the start of any project. Deposits may be non-refundable for custom materials or labor already allocated.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local regulations.
